The attention is always on point, they greet you when you walk in to your appointment, you can schedule it online and it’s easy. They offer you drinks on the house anywhere from Vietnamese coffee to mimosas. I am a regular here.

I would recommend either tech. The salon was consistently busy while I was there, but still had a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment so you know youre able to get in.

Elexis Cuen: I’ve had good experiences with gel pedis. Had an acrylic set done and it felt rushed even though there weren’t many people in. Minimal nail prep before placing acrylic. No cuticle cut. French tips were kind of wonky and fingers left messy. $65

Naya Bay: The nail salon seems to have a fair rating of 4.5 stars which is great. My service was a pedicure. Upon arriving I was seated promptly since there was no one there when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. I was very pleased with the service an older gentleman had provided. However, I noticed he used an old file which is usually reserved to shape and file artificial nails (only)not to be used on the natural nails of the feet. (Potential for injury). He did a pretty good job otherwise but you run the risk of getting dirty nail files used on you. Finally, he handed me off to be polished by a woman whom I had to ask a total of two times to fix my nail polish and started to gaslight me by saying it was because I chose regular nail polish versus Gel which out of the 25 years I’ve been getting pedicures that has never been the case. Please do better and acknowledge mistakes not by blaming customers but by simply doing better. Thank you!

Heather Ishida: Unfortunately I had a bad experience here despite the great reviews at Lisas. I came in for a gel manicure and called before I went in to make sure there was space for me. I got seated right away and there were several staff members available for services. The ambiance was nice and the space looked clean. The nail tech cut my nails very short and not all nails were cut straight. Every finger on my left hand was bleeding after the cuticle trimming. There is some polish on my skin around the nails. There are also gaps on some nails where polish was not completely applied. I felt really sad with this experience since I do not often get my nails done. Im sure my cuticles were more work since I dont typically cut them back, but I have had plenty of positive experiences at other nail salons. I didnt get the name of my nail tech. I wouldnt come here again, although there seemed to be many other nail techs available who may complete their work differently. I hope others have a better experience.
