1 /5 Steven 1701D: First time, not impressed.
I keep the interior of my vehicle near spotless and its like new.
It was returned to me with:
- dirt, leaves, debris on the floor
- dirt and debris in the glove box
- grease and dirt on the outside of the glove box
- grease and dirt on the steering wheel and drivers inside door
- grease and dirt on the outside of the drivers door
- two large scratches on the bottom plastic of the drivers door where they scuffed their shoe when opening or closing the door
- All of the adjustments on the drivers seat had been changed including lumbar
Do they really need to adjust every setting on a seat including lumbar for an oil change!? Do they really need to test drive it for an oil change? If they are going to check the cabin air filter without first asking, they need to clean up after themselves.
I tried to save a few dollars over the dealership, definitely wasnt worth saving $20.
Maybe take your car here if you have a beater/junker and just need brakes or an oil change, but Id stay away if you have a nice car, they are going to treat it like crap.
