1 /5 Amy Whitley: NEVER GO HERE!!! **read then see image** Extremely rude and bad attitudes. First off they didn’t welcome me then did an okay job and in middle of nails asked me strictly to pay now with no reason or choice to pay at end. The next day my nail polish cracked not chipped so I went back to politely ask why and they angrily tried to convince me that my nail was chipped and they can not redo cause it’s “my nail”. She then roughly took polish off to show cracked nail to find that the nail was perfectly fine as I stated. She tried bending my nail to show a crack yet nothing was there. She said she’d refund us and stated to never come back. She furiously handed the money from the desk to us. Further as we said my nail was never cracked she smacked her head and said that’s the real nail. My nail was perfectly fine and she was speechless when she found us to be correct. Also shaped nails too close to skin and crooked. Overcharged as well and tried to make me spend more for little things unnecessary , no way. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO A POLITE CUSTOMER!!! I HAVE VIDEO PROOF IF ANYONE NEEDS!

1 /5 Maya Mahjabin: This place used to have great nail techs but the last few times it was super Disappointing. I for tips today with a french tip and it was crooked, gel on my cuticle and really poor service overall.

Maddie Y.: Sally was very nice and kind but she did not make my nails look anything like the photo reference. Although my nails looked nice in the end, the photo clearly had two French tips but I got none. It was acrylic extensions but with dip powder even though I asked for gel. They did raise good care of my nails but didn’t do anything with my cuticles. Overall okay experience with very nice technicians but did not get what I asked for.

Marissa Adou: Wish I could give Zero Stars. Took my kids there for gel nails on Valentine’s Day. They didn’t even last 3 days before they were chipping off. Day 4 one of the nails peels off. As we sat there getting the nails done another family came in to get girls nails done. The technician pushing gel nails saying they last longer than regular polish. What hoax! Never going back to this salon. $90 for nails to only last 3 days!

robin smith: Been going to TT Nails for almost 2 years now. They are all good. But I love Tina. She knows exactly what I want every time I go. I love the variety of colors they have in dip and how the dip doesnt ruin my nails but makes them stronger. Highly recommend.

However, things took a turn when I politely asked the nail technician to fix a couple of nails where the pattern was noticeably lighter on one hand compared to the other. instead of calmly addressing my concern, he lashed out at me in an aggressive tone, yelling, “Yes, I see!” The experience made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I quickly paid in cash and left without even asking for his name or a receipt. I just wanted to get out of there. I’ve never been treated this way at a nail salon, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Leticia Hernandez: Really bad nail tech! Didnt get what I asked and they would get bothered because I would tell them something! I had to go back 2 twice to get them fix and hadnt even been a week! My nails look they need to come off already like its been 2 weeks but it hasnt! My daughters nail came out to $65 and nothing what she asked for her nail came off already and it so easy to get smash on! Not even 2 weeks yet!!!! Never again coming here!!!!
