    Amanda Saygh: Yes, I had an appointment. I was one hour late because I do not live in the state. they took me in really quick. The lady who did my pedicure was sweet. And the lady who did my manicure did not listen to me and did what she wanted with my nails. She tried to file them with a nail filer. Because they were way too long. I am not a 21 year old. I am in my late forties who requested beautiful short natural looking nails I just couldnt deal with it. I had a wedding to I will never ever go there. They look horrible.Too long still On top of that, she had an attitude with me and spoke in her language, which is very disrespectful. I speak 3 languages that I dont speak different languages with other people who dont understand it. Waste of money. It started with twenty five dollars for a manicure and thirty four a pedicure. On top of that they got a thirty dollar tip.

    Mónica Viveros: I’ve come a few times here with good results, but my last time the nail polish quality was terrible. I did regular nail polish on both my feet and hands. The hand pedicure turned brownish after two days, the yellow nail polish on my toes was ok, but after a month I took it off and all my nails are damaged. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

    Shawn J: They did a great job on my pedicure, very thorough and clipped them exactly how I asked. I suppose my only criticism would be wishing the massage was stronger, but thats just my preference, and Im still happy with how long it was. Would get a pedicure from them again.

    Roxy Minasian: I was long time customer, I went yesterday with my mother , they soaked our feet, and suddenly Lin left my mom to serve another customer.! My mom can’t wait in cold water. Also I noticed they don’t use the blue compound while they used it for other customers. I’m disappointed from their insulting behavior. There was no administrative person to complaint or provide good customer service.

So far Ive came here about 5 times and ever time lve had such a pleasurable experience. Alex does an amazing job! Ive just recently gotten my nails done by him and it is so good! Thank you cool nails!
