5 /5 Ingrid: Very friendly, clean, spacious, did a manicure/pedicure and enjoyed the professional experience! Nobody forcing to try this or that, reasonable pricing.

1 /5 Miguel: When booking an appointment they dont tell you its cash only unless you spend $50, and even then they still charge you $2 for paying with a credit card. "Conveniently", they have an ATM in house which they ask you to use it to take money out.

2 /5 Parlez Vous Crochet: They charged me $21.00 just to remove the skin and cuticles from my nails. No polish or filing was needed because they just did acrylics on my nails 4 days before. Really $21.00??? The owner said we charge that price with or without polish.. but all she did was remove dead skin!!! GREEDY!! Pedicure ok but callus remover is trash! I did a better job in my shower later that eve with the foot cheese grater!! Reminds me why I don’t go to this salon..

1 /5 Grace C: Highly unprofessional business and complete disregard for customers time. Ive been coming here regularly for the past few months and every single time Ive had to wait a minimum of at least 15 minutes even though I call days ahead to schedule an appointment. Usually, I dont mind waiting 10-15 minutes but from my last two experiences, I will not be returning. I had an appointment at 2:30 but when I arrived on time, I was informed that my technician had just started on another client and I would have to wait 45 minutes, which I ended up not getting my nails done and leaving. I decided to give them one more chance and had an appointment today at 1. They called me ten minutes before my appointment to confirm if I was still coming but on the phone call they did not inform me that my go-to technician was, again, running late and I would have to wait 30 minutes. This experience is also not unique to me as Ive overheard many customers complaining about the wait despite having an appointment. Overall, the business lacks fundamental time management and customer service.

1 /5 Giana C: The level of technique is partially okay. This is my second time coming here less than two weeks for a gel fill. Originally it was $49 gel full set “long” nails. And this time I care back I got a fill with the length shorter and it was $38 which is only $10 cheaper for a weak job, didn’t put no oil and massage the hand like usual and also left nail glue on my fingers. This is the last time I come here.. over priced and weak service.
