Kate Kuprina: I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a long time. The service was terrible, the quality was poor, and I spent seven months fixing issues with my nails after my last visit. It’s shocking that a salon positioning itself as high-end can show such disregard for its clients, especially concerning safety. Yesterday, my friend had an equally disappointing experience, and leaving a review is the least I can do. The place might look picture-perfect, but in reality, it’s the worst salon I’ve ever encountered. Even if you reach out to them and explain that they’ve damaged your nails to the point of needing treatment, the best you’ll get is a refund for the procedure—and then silence.

Karen Wexman: I’m also calling the IJ and marin magazine about your rude and unsympathetic customer service and the false info on your happy hour menu and upcharging for food that is said to be part of the dish on the menu . You easily could have corrected this by saying i’m so sorry we haven’t changed our menu yet to reflect the new pricing but you the manager a heavy set woman ? Rose was not only rude but disparaging of me . Im a reasonable person and have NEvER been treated like this in a restaurant . I wish i knew the owner and would pursue this if i didn’t want to waste my valuable time. Youve lost a valuable oatron but you don’t serm to give a rat’s ass.
