It’s shocking that a salon positioning itself as high-end can show such disregard for its clients, especially concerning safety. Yesterday, my friend had an equally disappointing experience, and leaving a review is the least I can do. The place might look picture-perfect, but in reality, it’s the worst salon I’ve ever encountered. Even if you reach out to them and explain that they’ve damaged your nails to the point of needing treatment, the best you’ll get is a refund for the procedure—and then silence.
