It was dark inside so the color I choose ended up being much brighter in the natural light almost neon orange. I went for red.
My cuticles needed a lot of trimming. I ended up with gel on my cuticles and all around on the skin at the end.
I was rushing for dinner and wasn’t able to return after seeing my hands in the day light.
Altogether very expensive and very mediocre job. I’d like a refund. I wouldn’t come back.
SAN DIEGO NAILS - El Centro gina ahumada: Edit 28 April 2023: I came to SD Nails to get my nails fixed and I’m happy! MUCH better than the last place I went to (by Costco). Dustin took his time and I appreciate his attention to detail! Did a nail removal, powder ombré and topped with silver metallic-effx. (YSL picture)
8 months ago: Went in there asking for a full acrylic set, D looked at my nails and said he could do them without acrylic and using my own nails since they were really long. I definitely preferred this and his work was exactly as I expected. Ombré using only powder.
LoAnns Nail and spa - El Centro Lety Govea: I really enjoyed the experience, there was no wait. I love my nails, the technician was very professional and efficient. The place was clean and inviting. Leann is great, she always remembers me, and makes me feel welcome.
Crystal’s Nails - El Centro Daniela Quintero: Hands down the BEST nail salon in El Centro, Ca. Great costumer service and experienced nail technicians. Kim fixed a horrible “nail disaster” I had done in another salon and turned it into something beautiful and delicate. She is a perfectionist! I left the salon SO HAPPY. She understands you and listens to your special demands.
IV Nails And Spa - El Centro Evelyn Kaser: I am giving them 2 Stars only because they did at least care for my nail bed properly and because the pedicure was okay. But worst acrylics I have ever had, the nail tech had no idea what he was doing, it was supposed to be pink nails with white tip, and I can barely see the white tip he did not know how to combine the clear and pink acrylic powder for the look and the finish is inconsistent through out. Plus there are parts of the nails with little to zero acrylic on them and others with way to much, and the thickness throughout is inconsistent as well. He also used to much glue and it is still stuck on my fingers, although I’ve been trying to wash it off. I will never go back to them. Plus I asked him to fix and even out the thickness and he did not, he attempted to but couldn’t figure it out. So them he just through on the finish, looking upset, and didn’t even do an even coat. Also way to over priced for the quality of work.
Q -Nails & Spa - El Centro Alma Tejeda: Larry and Eric … the ladies are a gamble…this last time they glued nails all crooked and by no means the shape was sharp square plus they cut me cuz they were rushing the job. They need a course refresher on everything and maybe train em also on designs. They seem like lazy people cuz they do only solid colors, they can’t be bothered on any nice design nowadays. So want em done good, instagram or Pinterest like, Larry and Eric only and make appt cuz they are always booked
Angie Nails - El Centro sznickel: Super quick process and came out just the way I asked. Love them, I will be back for sure.
Happiness Nails - El Centro Anita Groeneveld: In the area for a month from Scottsdale. Walked in for a Pedicure, service was exceptional! Clean, great LONG massage. I wish I would have gotten her name.. 5 star Pedicure.
