Rama Bassham: I could not find the windshield wiper blades that fit my Audi, no matter which auto store I visited, like Napa, Kragen, and Pep Boys. So I stopped at GLN Auto Pros who service European cars. Maurice, the owner, immediately ordered exactly what I needed. The proper blades arrived the next day. He called me like he said he would and quickly installed them for me, checking to make sure they worked properly before I left. This shop is clean, organized, and they are on top of the work. Maurice Eldada is personable and knows what hes doing. I used to use the dealership, but henceforth I will have all my repairs and maintenance for European cars serviced at GLN. You wont find their level of attention at the dealerships. I highly recommend GLN Auto Pros!

Although the job ended up taking longer than initially estimated due to some unexpected complications, the mechanic honored the original quote without charging me extra for the extended labor. It was refreshing to see someone who didn’t try to take advantage of the situation. Not only was the service fast, but the mechanic was also knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain what needed to be done. Overall, I highly recommend Mario. He provided quick, efficient repairs at a reasonable price, and he stuck to his word—something thats becoming rarer these days!
