Raven: I came here in the past and had great service, I was about to move to Texas in two days and took my van here for a transmission fluid change. Immediately on my way home, my van kept turning off and shaking really bad. After a quick inspection, I realized all three of my spark plugs were loose, they came off with ease they were not clicked in place. A picture is a thousand words, Zoom in on the photo and see for yourself. The green circled spark plugs were okay, but all 3 spark plugs circled in red (coincidentally towards the firewall) were loose. You can clearly see the fresh new cable that is exposed from the boot when the mechanic loosen them. My wife followed me in the van to Texas with my 15 year old son. If the engine had turned off at high speeds, and the steering wheel stiffen and the brakes got hard to push down, I dont know how she would have reacted. it could have led to an accident that could have led to manslaughter! Im glad I immediately discovered it before our trip. I called the owner, and his mechanic denied ever touching the spark plugs (as I knew he would. I didnt go there for a spark plug change he had no reason to touch it). The owners seem to be honest, good people to me, but that mechanic is a rotten apple. (Employees do this to guarantee they have a job to pay their bills). I wouldnt advise anyone to take their vehicles there!

I also appreciate that they offer a low interest financing option if you need it. They were very kind when I came in, took care of me right away, and I can tell they stand behind the work they do. I called then that same day Juan said it was old stuff left in the water pump.but I thought the water pump was a new water pump I mean they did charge me $150.00 for a new water pump.guys my car dosnt even run right now.i now know why they kept avoiding my calls. they did have my car 2 1/2 days. Alot Alot Alot of my OEM Parts were replacing with junkyard parts.i mean they really thought i wouldnt know how wreaking yards mark there parts? COLOR CODE. I cant let this fly.
