1 /5 Renee Lapin: A total flop of an op in every way. Level of services, equipment and supplies-- third-world. Know-it-all owner-operator made false promises, was bossy/combative, unprofessional (wasted my time while guy from ADT made repairs on her security system), spent the rest of my appointment with her friend gossiping and laughing at the top of their lungs in Spanish...then they proceeded to have loud conversations on their phones. (I had to wait through the friends entire weave as well.) Just minutes after meeting me the owner launched into a series of personal questions that were none of her business... followed by all kinds of useless unsolicited advice (likewise personal). In what little time was left she complained bitterly about all her life woes. (Drama queen.) Still, with all her "years of experience," had no idea how to do a *simple* color touch-up, during the shampoo threw a towel reeking of ammonia on my face and told me to *keep it there,* then made me grab on to two ends of a piece of plastic for the duration--so I "wouldnt get soaked." Lol. After an hour and 40 minutes, color and style turned out disastrous. Location is decidedly ghetto.
