1 /5 Jose Gonzalez: We just experience a bad experience with the manager at this place. This place is not child friendly and I do not recommend it because the way they treat children. I was asked by the manager to take my son, who is 18 months old, outside. Be mindful that the day and time that this happened, the sun was brutally hot.
I understand that there’s a policy to not allow children to be inside their salon, but we are first time customers and we were never told that such outrageous policy exist. We used to travel down the hill for the hair treatment of my wife and decided to give this salon a try, but right on the first time we experience this. Many places never make this absurd policy, on the contrary, they offer treats for kids and encourage parents to bring them just to make more money. The manager is the adult here, how can you refuse service over a child. It is the way the manager expressed her policy making it seem as if my son was an animal who belongs outside, and animals are not meant to be outside on hot weather. Customers is what drives any business. I am a manager myself and if I can’t accommodate customers need to retain customers, I would be careful on the way I say things as I do not want to lose customers. This was unacceptable.
