1 /5 Kimberly Chajon: Service wasn’t given to me but to my boyfriend. He went in for a cut 4 days ago and he didn’t like how they did the sides. The fade wasn’t there. Regardless of his dissatisfaction, he paid and left. He came back the next day to have them fix it since he wasn’t feeling good about the service. He goes and gets it fixed. Good, right? Nope they charged him again as if he got a new hair cut. He paid $20-$25 again, just to have the owner fix it (the one who originally gave him the haircut). If the customer wasn’t satisfied of his haircut, wouldn’t the person who gave him the cut be quick to fix it without a whole hair cut charge? Like if you want to be paid, at least $5 for the fix. But the whole service price? Ridiculous seriously. Don’t come here. This hasn’t been the first time they did my loved ones dirty. The owner fried my mom’s hair while doing a hair color service and refuse a refund. We won the case and got our refund.
