5 /5 Angela Nuno: I have been to every single nail salon in midtown and had the great luck to finally find Lily about 3 years ago. I haven’t stepped foot in another nail salon since! Lily’s work is absolutely amazing. I always have her do a pink and white overlay on my (naturally hard) nails and I am always thrilled. She doesn’t apply the acrylic in a big thick ugly mess - nice and thin, her edge is never left and the nails never fall off - ever. And her fills - they are always perfectly blended with no ugly fill line. On top of her wonderful work, she is ALWAYS more than accommodating for appointment times and dates, PLEASE keep in mind you do need an appointment. She’s very busy, but definitely worth any wait you might have and I won’t go anywhere else, ever. She’s also priced more reasonably than anywhere else that I have found in Midtown for the quality of work that she does- She is simply the best. THANK YOU LILY!!!

Adriana Berndt: I LOVE THIS PLACE! MY FOREVER NAIL SALON NOW! I used to go to lavender nails in lakecrest village and was a patron for years. During my pregnancy (6 years ago) and ever since I loved doing my nails as my only self care thing. Lavender just never gave me good service..I always had to wait long and had ppl get served before me as Im already sat. Or my 5 year old wants her nails done and I explain we want to sit next to each other and go same time..this was the kicker. They sat my daughter so far away and served and sat ppl for 20 mins before ever touching her hands and feet. I know shes a child but shes a paying customer who wants a little experience you know!? A little pamper. Shes a sweet patient kid too it just sealed the deal I need new service. Hollywood nails got us right in! No wait! Mai was amazing to me and my kiddo just such a sweet lady. We sat next to each other and she got her mani while mama did and some chit chat. She loved it! The prices are better too! I recommend making an appointment they always have availability and its just more streamlined with an appt. I have been going back religiously every 2 weeks and Mai is the best we well as the gal with long hair who sits next to her. She always chats with my kiddo and makes her feel special. Alexis Stewart: Tina is AMAZING. Both myself and my (now future) sister in law came to her for the first time to get pre-vacation nails and pedicures. I gave Tina an inspo pic and she completely nailed it (no pun intended lol). The pedicure by the other woman (sorry I didn’t get her name) was also amazing and very relaxing. The both of them were so kind and fun to be around. I’m obsessed with how my nails turned out and my chrome toenails. This was also my future SIL’s first time getting nails and a pedicure and she couldn’t have been happier. Wonderful experience, I will absolutely be going back. Highly recommend!!

Anita Palomares: I wanted almond shape the older lady with the eyebrows gave me shark teeth looking nails. No!!! And she was rough with my fingers. Kept getting frustrated, and did not do the white part right at all. But my daughters nails came out great. I gave it a 2 star bcuz my daughters nails came out wonderful for her first set of nails ever.

Stacy Forget: Stopped in on a whim to get a pedicure. It was awesome! I was seen right away without an appointment, got to choose my color WHILE starting the pedi, and the environment was very peaceful and relaxing. The nail technician was so friendly and gave the best foot/leg massage Ive ever had with a pedicure. He was also fast and did a beautiful job. If I lived around here I would absolutely come back.

Urvi Patel: I’d rate this salon a negative rating if possible. Called to make an appointment and got there 10 minutes prior to make sure I was on time. They were super busy when I arrived so I made sure I was still going to be served on time as I have a baby at home. I wasn’t taken for my appointment until 11:20. I got no massage for my pedicure. My manicure is garbage … attaching pictures so I don’t have to put it into words. Asked for a coffin shape …. Even my husband could tell this is not what a proper manicure should look like. No two nails have the same shape and all of my nails have cuts on them … 115$ for garbage

Marrinda Marie: This was my second visit. The first visit was when the place was only weeks old. My sister and I got a Pedi. It was pricey and service was standard. But no issues. This time I got a manicure and this was recent. The tech I had did a good job with my nails. I wish I could share a picture, however, the process of doing my nails left one of my fingers in pain and now a few days later I have three fingers that are sore (I used antibacterial ointment on my nails when I got home for precautions). She used a drill to clean the base of the nails which caused little tears to the skin. To be honest I didnt need that drill but I trusted the process. Anyway, I was thinking she would clip the tiny skin tears at the edges that was created from the drill but she didnt and I didnt proceed to ask because I was doubting the cleanliness of the tools anyway. I dont think Ill be returning only because of the process she used. Im use to the soaking to get things soft and then clip (which I sometimes skip anyway). The drill is too embraceive.
