Shallyn Perry I love this place. Im shocked at the negative reviews they have received. I switched to this nail shop after going to the same nail lady for over 20 years. The staff is friendly. The shop is clean and calm. They play relaxing music, have nice lighting and also take special care with my daughter who is pregnant, making sure she is comfortable even providing her and myself with pillows for our backs. They have a very large assortment of colors to choose from. I literally go here every other weekend with my two daughters for manicures and pedicures. Yes we have all been knicked here and there by files, cuticle cutters, etc but you will literally get that anywhere at some point. They do not make it a habit and I have seen nothing but care put into our experience.

Blaire Bender First time here and we walked in for two pedicures and gel manicures. Super quick and was out in less than an hour. Amazing job and color selection for gels. Very happy with work and cost ($50 per person). Lovely people and staff.

The Cellar When you come here, you’re just part of the assembly line. Zero effort to give good customer service. I’ve come a few times out of the convenience to my house, and every visit is underwhelming and disappointing. Didn’t remove cuticles. Didn’t even try to keep the paint on the nail. Had to re-paint one toe TWICE because the my rushed the coats and it would not dry due to too much product stacked on top. The one star is for the halfway decent foot massage… but that’s the only redeeming quality. Don’t come here.

Emily Corena Lanie did an amazing job with my birthday nails! She really takes her time to make sure she perfects the design you request and is so reasonably priced! I’m creeping up on two weeks with my nails and they’re still going strong. I’ll be returning soon forsure!

The salon is clean, relaxing, and she uses high-quality products. If you’re looking for a talented nail tech who genuinely cares about her work, I highly recommend booking with Leylanie!

Ro Si I always have the best time with her! So accommodating and caring. She is truly passionate about her craft. I always ask for custom/freestyle sets, to express her creative freedom — and they never miss! I get builder gel to grow my natural nails long. She also does my pedicures

Laura Smith Blossom Hair and nail is fabulous! Everyone is very talented, and my nails look great for a long time after getting them done. Kevin is my favorite artist there. He gives the best foot and leg massages.

Audreea Naiditch Ive been coming here for a really long time. Like 2 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. I see Heydi and she does such a good job. They all do except for one time I got nails I really did not like by Angie. They were uneven and ugly. I came back and they fixed them for no charge. If you want some on fleek nails this is where to go! Its $35 for a full set with gell and $30 for a fill.

Indira Ramirez Terrible experience at Bloom Hair and Nails! I was double charged for my service, and when I tried to resolve the issue, the manager/owner Cindy refuses to call me back or acknowledge it. Extremely unprofessional! On top of that, they push customers to pay in cash, which seems very shady. They also don’t honor their prices—what they quote is never what you actually pay. They sneak in random extra charges at checkout with no explanation. To make things worse, I noticed they reuse the same files for different clients, which is a huge privacy concern. This place is sketchy and dishonest. Avoid at all costs!

shaleah S. This is easily my favorite nail shop to come to. Everybody is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable from start to finish. Ices is literally my nail guru. I have seen nothing but amazing work from the ladies here. Scheduling is very prompt I rarely have to wait when I book, if I do its hardly noticeable. If you want somebody consistent with their work these ladies are it :)

Jenell Pratt I booked an appointment for a pedicure and basic manicure for 10:30 am on a Friday. I didnt leave until 2:15pm. Yes you read that correctly... 2:15pm. My services started at about 10:45am. I will not be returning to this nail salon. I think the young lady (Sonja) doing my mani and pedi was newly out of school. I can tell that the owner of this shop is trying, but it misses the mark for me on many levels. I have seen pics of their nail art and the nails techs are talented. However, on the business side - there is much room for improvement. The owner, or lead tech shouldve told me that I was booked with a newbie and asked me if I had time to sit through a longer mani and pedi service. It wasnt even acknowledged during my services. Nail techs were dropping f bombs, and the two pedicure stations were better to look at than they were functional. I get annoyed to think I spent almost 4 hours of my time here. After I left, I went to my usual salon and had them fix my pedicure. My manicure wasnt even finished because I couldnt stomach sitting there anymore. Definitely took a loss with this experience.

Frankie S Honestly one of the cleanest well run nail salons I have ever been to! I personally see Kim and she never disappoints with her skill and creativity. I’ll never go anywhere else they know to see me every 4 weeks on the dot for a fill. I’ve been coming here for over a year and love all the girls that work here.

Janet Torres I absolutely love coming to this nail salon! The staff is so friendly and always manages to accommodate my schedule, ensuring I can get an appointment when I need it. They put a lot of effort into every nail design, making sure its exactly what I want, and I always leave with gorgeous nails. The environment is incredibly welcoming, and I feel completely relaxed and pampered each time I visit.

Julia Shtevnin Favorite Nail Spa ive been to. They listen to your requests and do their best to get every detail you want. My favorite service is getting gel x nails. Theyre great with replicating reference photos. I personally recommend Jenny for your detailed nail designs but all the ladies here are super talented. I also appreciate how gentle they are with nail care and how they offer a drink during your appointment. Super friendly staff, i hope this place continues to thrive.

Madison E This is my second time coming and it was great ! Went in for a basic pedi with gel polish and the guy I had did a great job ! Also been taking my dog everywhere with me lately and they let her come in with me ! Great service great salon !

Rena Babic I recently treated myself to a spa manicure and pedicure at this salon, and it was a rejuvenating experience. The attention to detail in the nail and cuticle care was impressive, and I left with incredibly soft and beautiful hands and feet. The value for the comprehensive spa package was exceptional. I felt pampered and relaxed, and the results speak for themselves. Ill be returning for this luxurious service again without a doubt.

M A Pedicure was good but removal was sloppy, they charged $20 for a gel removal. No cuticle oil or anything, she mentioned cutting my cuticles for $5 more and I said no and she charged me anyway. She left the acetone on my hands. They lost a potential loyal customer. Avoid. They’re not friendly either.

Bianca Sierra Ive been here a few times for pedicures, and basic manicure. First time for acrylics and let me tell you. She did an amazing job. Very considering and did exactly what I want. I think this is my new nail spot, Ive recommended it to a few ppl and no complaints for us.

Julie Zeto I have gone to Kace 9-10 times since they opened and I’ve had good an bad experiences. Today is the first time I thought, wow not going back there. I got a Dip manicure and at the end when she said ok your done I had dry hands with pink powder still on my fingers. I asked why they didn’t do the manicure and she said it’s extra. Then she proceeded to charge me $5 more than I’ve paid previous times. I am so dissatisfied with their service. I live down the street so this is no way to treat regulars. I won’t be recommended if this place to friends anymore.

Stacy Forget Stopped in on a whim to get a pedicure. It was awesome! I was seen right away without an appointment, got to choose my color WHILE starting the pedi, and the environment was very peaceful and relaxing. The nail technician was so friendly and gave the best foot/leg massage Ive ever had with a pedicure. He was also fast and did a beautiful job. If I lived around here I would absolutely come back.

marissa mejia i came here today at 9am to get my feet and nails done and they did a horrible job on painting my nails and feet. the lines were not straight or cleaned up. they were very gagged. they still made me pay full price after i told them politely to fix it. i asked for a classic white french tip and this is how they turned out….

Barty Prakash Jody, the older lady with glasses and makeup did my pedicure. I am so disappointed with the service. She was extremely SLOPPY with her work and didn’t let me relax. She was very rough and sped through the service. I asked to keep my nail square and she cut a lot from the sides of my big toe and it looks weird. She kept twisting my big toe and giving me discomfort at many times. While brushing my feet in the tub she was so sloppy the water splashed over my pants. Also, she kept putting the UV light on my right leg to cure the polish & it sat on my skin. Now I feel the skin burning. My first and last time here.

Anita Palomares I wanted almond shape the older lady with the eyebrows gave me shark teeth looking nails. No!!! And she was rough with my fingers. Kept getting frustrated, and did not do the white part right at all. But my daughters nails came out great. I gave it a 2 star bcuz my daughters nails came out wonderful for her first set of nails ever.

LeAnn Kozub Got a french dip and a gel pedicure really good job! They are friendly and accommodating first time I walked in and even though they were busy they fit me in. They even came in early the next day to do my nails before they opened.

Ty Mo My first time. Generally nice and friendly. But uh check the pictures. One is shiny the other looks matte!! The technician forgot the clear coat on one of my feet. I got a color change bc I didn’t have time for a pedicure and now I have to make extra time tomorrow to get my clear coat. In which I hope there’s no issues with getting the clear coat on. Plus I hate when they polish and cure and then file your nail. You’re filing the polish off !!! I know no one is perfect but when getting a service there IS an expectation.

Alexis Stewart Tina is AMAZING. Both myself and my (now future) sister in law came to her for the first time to get pre-vacation nails and pedicures. I gave Tina an inspo pic and she completely nailed it (no pun intended lol). The pedicure by the other woman (sorry I didn’t get her name) was also amazing and very relaxing. The both of them were so kind and fun to be around. I’m obsessed with how my nails turned out and my chrome toenails. This was also my future SIL’s first time getting nails and a pedicure and she couldn’t have been happier. Wonderful experience, I will absolutely be going back. Highly recommend!!

Adriana Berndt I LOVE THIS PLACE! MY FOREVER NAIL SALON NOW! I used to go to lavender nails in lakecrest village and was a patron for years. During my pregnancy (6 years ago) and ever since I loved doing my nails as my only self care thing. Lavender just never gave me good service..I always had to wait long and had ppl get served before me as Im already sat. Or my 5 year old wants her nails done and I explain we want to sit next to each other and go same time..this was the kicker. They sat my daughter so far away and served and sat ppl for 20 mins before ever touching her hands and feet. I know shes a child but shes a paying customer who wants a little experience you know!? A little pamper. Shes a sweet patient kid too it just sealed the deal I need new service. Hollywood nails got us right in! No wait! Mai was amazing to me and my kiddo just such a sweet lady. We sat next to each other and she got her mani while mama did and some chit chat. She loved it! The prices are better too! I recommend making an appointment they always have availability and its just more streamlined with an appt. I have been going back religiously every 2 weeks and Mai is the best we well as the gal with long hair who sits next to her. She always chats with my kiddo and makes her feel special. Laura Buzzard I called here and asked if they could do my dipped nails and a pedicure.. they said yes and made an appointment for later the same day. When I arrived I waited and when they called me to start they said I could only get pedicure only cause they didnt have time to do my nails! What is the point of calling and making an appointment if you are not going to serviced with what your appointment was for to begin with.. The girls working there just laughed when I rejected to only get a pedicure .. I wont be back .. so unprofessional and lacking in customer service.just to be clear this is not my first time coming here . They were real nice the other times but the work is sub par

Brenda Martinez Terrible experience. If I could give less than a star review, I would. I got my nails done over the weekend, I called the next day and told Diane that I was not happy with my nails and asked if she could please fix them. She gave me an appointment 4 days after!!! She told me to be there at 1030am, I got there and she gave me an attitude and told me she was busy. That my appointment was at 10am, it wasnt. I walked out and will not be going there again. I should have said something that day but I was there for a pedi and already had been on the chair for a long time. I don’t like complaining but what happened today was not ok. My nails look horrible. I’m so disappointed. I had to go to another salon and thankfully they were able to fix them.

Peggy Have been coming in here for pedicures (gel and color). Clean and professional. I don’t do anything fancy though just solids. They just got brand new massage chairs too! Can’t speak on mani’s because I don’t get them.

Heather Perea I have been coming here for years. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Clean and beautifully decorated. Sydney is my go to, she is amazing, I refer all my friends and family to her and she always does an amazing job! I don’t do anything fancy, just a pink and white but it’s beautiful every tim (although she can do anything) . Mimi and Nancy do my pedicures and they do an awesome job every time. My feet feel and look like a million bucks afterwards. I’m really grateful to have found a nail shop that I can always count on to do a fabulous job! Highly recommended!!!

She received a warm welcome from the owner (who operates the shop single handed) and her nails were done to perfection without the use of harsh chemicals. Highly recommended!

Trena Turner Loved the customer service and location. I wanted to love the end product (pedicure) but my feet were not as smooth as Im accustomed to and I believe the polish is old. My nail polish started flaking off in one week when my regular polish typically last 3 weeks and more.

Angela Nuno I have been to every single nail salon in midtown and had the great luck to finally find Lily about 3 years ago. I haven’t stepped foot in another nail salon since! Lily’s work is absolutely amazing. I always have her do a pink and white overlay on my (naturally hard) nails and I am always thrilled. She doesn’t apply the acrylic in a big thick ugly mess - nice and thin, her edge is never left and the nails never fall off - ever. And her fills - they are always perfectly blended with no ugly fill line. On top of her wonderful work, she is ALWAYS more than accommodating for appointment times and dates, PLEASE keep in mind you do need an appointment. She’s very busy, but definitely worth any wait you might have and I won’t go anywhere else, ever. She’s also priced more reasonably than anywhere else that I have found in Midtown for the quality of work that she does- She is simply the best. THANK YOU LILY!!!

Maria Benavides This has been my go-to place for a year and a half and I have recommended it to multiple people when they’ve asked me where I get my nails done. All of the ladies here are lovely and make you feel welcomed, but I go in to see Zaina specifically. She is always patient with me and how indecisive I am with colors and designs. They are very accommodating with appointments and make it really convenient to schedule. I am usually in here at least twice a month for manicures.

Melissa Roberson My gel manicure was ruined after two days when the polish pealed off. To begin with my nails were not symmetrical. I called many times to let them know and make an appointment to comr back but they never answered the phone. When I showed up in person they refused to fit me in and told me to make an appointment for another day. Avoid this place at all cost.

Evelyn Lopez Mattias I was getting my wedding nails done, before we started I asked if she could do a design. I told her which flowers I wanted and the colors.. She said she could do it. When we got to the designs, she could only do the childish looking flowers that I did not want.. so I had to scrap my entire nail design idea. She also never asked me what shape nails I wanted, she just assumed and started cutting oval.. I wanted square with rounded edges but it was too late because she had already cut my 3 of my nails. Did not leave happy.
