5 /5 Elfi Gilford: If you have a problem with your car overheating make sure to bring it to Mervs Radiator Service. After spending over $2,000 with an other repair place and the problem still not being fixed I brought my camper van to Mervs Radiator. The owner Clint Forney is excellent . He works on the cars himself, has been there for many years and found out what the problem was. In one day he replaced the Radiator, Thermostat and cap for a great price. Thank you Clint for such good service!!!

5 /5 Joe B: I was racing at Sonoma raceway , and my radiator sprang a leak after one of the sessions. I found Mervs radiator service nearby, and drove there to see if it could be fixed. Clint got right to work on it, and found the area it was leaking. He recommended replacement, but would try to do a temp fix to get by for the week. Clint did an excellent job and the fix held up through a 45 minute race with no issues. Great work and customer service.

I have been going to Automotive Excellence for at least 7 years and have always been very happy with their service. As a woman , I feel comfortable at their business and have always been treated very kindly by the owner and knowledgeable staff. I had an experience last year where my car would not start up when I was at a gas pump after pumping gas. Called Darlene who talked me through the high stress moment. I was able to get my car to their garage and they gave me a loaner car until my car was ready. They are great I highly recommend trusting your vehicle with them.

Diagnostic fee doesn’t carry any credit to the cost of a repair that you follow through with. Waited all day for the call. That the car was ready. Finally called to check and it was ready to go. This place sucks. I can do more on the ground with my tools on Amazon for a fraction of the cost and time.

Tina Andruss: Apparently when batteries (there are 2) are approaching failure on S-class Mercedes, alerts go berzerk. Our car completely shut down. After a 40 minute wait it returned to drivable, we contacted shop, and Danny said "bring it in now". He deployed his diagnostic computer, (low batteries), ordered and replaced same day, and we were safe to make our 9 hour trip back home to San Diego. Wonderful experience! Hes top-qualified Mercedes mechanic.
