The design that she did ended up being so perfectly executed! Everyone in the salon was kind and welcoming. Will be back!

5 /5 Alexandria marks: I went in for a hard gel/builder gel set on natural nails. The nail tech was great and executed the design perfectly. The gel application is smooth and thin. I feel like this set will last me at least 3-4weeks. Usually appointments like this are 2.5 hours but I was pleasantly surprised when I was out in 1.5hours. I do recommend making an appointment instead of doing a walk in.

Emily Alvarez: I just left the salon and noticed my real nails underneath my acrylic nails are gone. They filed my real nails right off during the session once I noticed it was too late. I told her the shes been filing my real nail off and her excuse was that my nails are too thin. She continued to put nail glue on the back on my nail as you can see in the photo. She was also smacking my fingers after I confronted her. Very disrespectful… I will never come to this salon again they damaged my real nails…… beside that I like how they did my nails but was it worth damaging my real nails for 145$ absolutely NOT…I’m disappointed!!!

Christian Hills: Ladies, book now! This was THE BEST nail experience that I’ve had in a really really long time. So much so I’m willing to travel from the East Bay here every month just to get my nails done. (1 hour drive) this was my first time here and was so well worth every dollar that I spent. Service was amazing- we were a walk in and was serviced immediately. Had every modern nail offering (Apres GelX builder gels acrylic you name it) most places only have acrylic or dip. Love love love this place the ambience as well as refreshments and total service was absolutely great.

The salon is well-kept, and I always feel relaxed while getting my nails done. I particularly love how they take care of the cuticles and make sure the polish lasts. The staff is friendly and professional, making it a pleasant experience every time.

Bhanu Sethi: I wouldn’t recommend this place at all for nails. They changed prices later at the time of billing. My finger even bleeded during the nail art scrapping. Also they said they can exactly match the design in the picture I showed but later it was no where close. They didn’t even have the same colors, so I felt it was like betraying the trust of a customer. If you don’t have the right resources, you shouldn’t commit to the service. Also, the staff is less, so you get divided attention. She did my base coat and then made me wait for 15 minutes as she had to manicure someone else who was also waiting since long. Lastly, when she saw unhappiness from my side with the service, she said it would have been better if you used extensions- this is something they should recommend in the beginning instead of an excuse when the service doesn’t turn out to be upto the mark. I have been to luxury nail salons in bay area who have done an amazing job with better prices too! Bad experience!

I strongly urge others to exercise caution and recommend the management take immediate action to improve their training and protocols.
