The technicians are very skilled and always take their time to make sure my nails look perfect. The salon is well-kept, and I always feel relaxed while getting my nails done. I particularly love how they take care of the cuticles and make sure the polish lasts. The staff is friendly and professional, making it a pleasant experience every time.
Petite Nail Spa - Santa Clara Bhanu Sethi: I wouldn’t recommend this place at all for nails. They changed prices later at the time of billing. My finger even bleeded during the nail art scrapping. Also they said they can exactly match the design in the picture I showed but later it was no where close. They didn’t even have the same colors, so I felt it was like betraying the trust of a customer. If you don’t have the right resources, you shouldn’t commit to the service. Also, the staff is less, so you get divided attention. She did my base coat and then made me wait for 15 minutes as she had to manicure someone else who was also waiting since long. Lastly, when she saw unhappiness from my side with the service, she said it would have been better if you used extensions- this is something they should recommend in the beginning instead of an excuse when the service doesn’t turn out to be upto the mark. I have been to luxury nail salons in bay area who have done an amazing job with better prices too! Bad experience!
Amys Nail Spa - Santa Clara W O: This place is wonderful! Amy and the others do fabulous work and are gentle. Amy is very skilled at her craft and never hurts me. Her work is impeccable! Don’t hesitate, schedule yourself a relaxing and beautiful pedi and mani!
Kitchen Nail Bar - Brokaw - San Jose Irene Guzman: I really enjoyed my experience. I walked in to get a manicure and pedicure. The place was really busy and they were still able to get to me quickly. I was there for about an hour and a half. Both ladies were really nice and did a great job. Thy did my manicure.
Chans Nails & Spa - Santa Clara Rachel Rahman: I had a deeply unpleasant experience. During my waxing session, I was left with a significant cut that caused bleeding. This is completely unacceptable, as I trusted the staff to handle such a sensitive procedure safely and professionally.
The injury not only caused pain but also raised concerns about hygiene and safety standards. I expected better care and skill from a professional establishment. I strongly urge others to exercise caution and recommend the management take immediate action to improve their training and protocols.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure no one else has to go through a similar ordeal.

When you book your appointment that hour is yours. There is no one else ahead of you. So you arrive on time and Kim and the other nail technicians will take good care of you.
Winchester Nail - San Jose Sydney Burton: Just visiting the area and found Winchester Nails, and they are an AMAZING team. My gel fill was completely painless and relaxing, and it turned out beautifully. The staff is lovely and friendly, and this is the best price I have ever paid for a gel fill. If I was a local this would be my go-to nail salon, hands down. Thanks so much!

Elite Nail - Santa Clara Nina Taylor: I got my gel nails done yesterday and they are already peeling off. the nail tech was in a rush and was not carefully taking off the previous gel. My nails ended up thin and brittle. My nails were not shaped, just simply cut and lightly filed. The gel paint job was thick and gloopy and it did not cure properly. To the point where I had to ask her to do two nails over again because they were so bad
and she still rushed it.
