1 /5 Ariana R.: Called to set up a hair dye appointment and set it up for said date and time. Pulled up to the place, and it was closed even though we agreed to have my appointment on this date and time, but they were closed. Called them, but they didnt answer, so I left a voicemail with my phone number to ask if were still on for the appointment, but they never called me back. I got stood up, and they didnt bother calling me back. I felt like they didnt want to do my hair and the lady who set up my appointment sounded like I was bothering her, I felt like she didnt want to do my hair but she didnt want to say anything. It was very unprofessional and disappointing. Wont be bothering coming here again
