They’re well-oiled machine and have their office running a certain way that works for her practice which may not be everyone’s cup of tea but it works well.

    Observador: Had a pleasant experience (as much as that is possible) at Cottage Urgent Care. Got into a fight with a car door and needed to get a nasty cut checked out. I will spare you the details. The staff was welcoming, professional and efficient. Place was clean and they provided a referral and consult for next steps. I took a half a star off only because they should have strongly encouraged masks for those hacking in the waiting room. But I know that request can be met with some salty responses so you just deal with it. Great location for this part of the neighborhood. Parking was easy to figure out. This was the Cottage Urgent Care located on upper State.

    Ernesto Revilla: I have only great things to say about Dr Chacko and her staff. She performed a procedure to treat a kidney stone and everything went great. She is very professional and very straight about what is happening and what needs to be done. She is very kind and made me feel that I was in great hands from the beginning. I highly recommend her. The staff is also great, it can feel that they kind of rush you when you call, but they are just trying to help you as soon as possible, to be able to help the next person. They are always very busy, but they would answer any questions or concerns. Thank you for the great experience.
