When my doctor was not in and I had an emergency they referred me to Dr. Patel in Cameron Park and she was so kind and helpful. It was nice to the option of seeing someone else in the practice. She communicates clearly, with empathy, and both my husband and I are Dr. Billetts patients, and she understands us well, the dynamics of the family, and of course, our medical histories. Very satisfied!
