They took the time to talk and win her trust. I cannot say enough good things about the technician that cleaned her teeth. She was a total sweetheart. Western Dental Center: Long Wilson DDS - VictorvilleAmanda Konrady: Had two appointments for my son, one @ 3pm for a free braces exam and we did not get taken back until after 4pm and the second @ 4pm for xrays and exam and did not get taken back until 5pm. What the hell is the point of having appointments if you cant keep on schedule. I can understand like a 10-15 minute wait but not an hour. We spent a total of 3 and 30 mins there 2 hours was waiting to be called back. They did a good job treatment wise and the back staff was friendly.

The atmosphere was very light and I had a very positive experience Elsy at the front desk was super polite and helpful and explained everything I needed to know. And Rebecca was also very helpful and informative. My dentist was outstanding, Paul Awad. He was very Informative and was able to help me make a decision on what I needed to do. He didn’t force me into anything. He gave me options and let me decide for myself. I would definitely recommend this place.

With my first steps into their practice, I instantly couldn’t be happier with my decision. The level of care and warmth here is unmatched.
