Hetal Patel The worst customer service. My wait time is no less than 40 to 2 hours and that is with the booked appointment. I complained multiple times but seems they don’t care whether you have take break from your work or pickup kids. Their ultimate reason either short staff or running behind schedule. I told them to inform your clients because their time is important too. I tried to call corporate office.

Matty A My first time visiting this business as a new patient. I have zero issues with my teeth, all I came in was for a basic cleaning. My teeth are in excellent condition( my chart from my previous dentist, whom I had for over 10 years)proves it. I offered to have my chart transferred but they weren’t interested. The form required to request the transfer, was given back to me. I no longer visit my previous dentist due to change of insurance plan. This dentist tells me he recommends a deep cleaning, which has never been necessary since I floss and brush twice a day with an electric toothbrush and my gums are healthy, no bleeding with minimum buildup. The lady “in the front “ as they call her, came in and tells me that the dentist recommends a (deep cleaning, antibiotics and a laser treatment) I refused the treatment knowing that I don’t need it and that they were upselling services. I told her that I only wanted the basic cleaning. She informed me that, that will be considered a deep cleaning and since I refused it, it wouldn’t be done. She said all they could do was polish my teeth which wouldn’t be of any benefit. I once again reminded her that I don’t need the treatment. She goes over to the screen displaying my X-rays and says, “your teeth look really good and you have no cavities“ I ended up walking out of there without getting my teeth cleaned. So this was my experience at this place. I will pay out of pocket to have my cleaning done and find a dentist who has his/her patients best interests. I will never visit this place again, and I highly advise anyone who does, to make sure that what is being recommended is necessary for your teeth and health. Anyone else who is thinking of visiting for the first time, do the same, or better yet, stay away from this place all together. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Dr. Castellanos was kind and very professional. I appreciated how he narrated each step he was doing and was very clear with his overall plan of care.

Sydney Bright Now was awesome! I just received two fills on my teeth and I absolutely do not like the dentist. However, this experience was awesome. The whole staff was very pleasant. I have a lot of anxiety when getting my teeth done and this by far was the least painful experience I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend them to others!

They treat us like family and weve referred many friends/acquaintances to Upland Family Dentistry. The work is good quality and Ive never had any pain during dental work or cleanings. Michelle De La Rosa After searching for a dentist provider that was in network I found Dr. Karen! I just so happen to come across a Facebook post a few days later from a moms group that were all recommending Dr. Karen to a mom that needed recommendations for a pediatric dentist. The minute we walked into the office we were greeted by Dr. Karen’s kind smile. She allowed my 6 year old son and 3 year old daughter to pick out stuffy in the waiting room to take back with them. It was my daughter’s first time visiting the dentist and Dr. Karen made her extremely comfortable! She explained everything thoroughly and even let her touch the tools she was going to use. Dr. Karen was thorough when explaining what she saw in my sons X-rays and even suggested we don’t do X-rays on my daughter because she didn’t see anything of concern and she had such a positive 1st experience with the dentist she didn’t want to end on a bad note. This office really caters to little ones and makes them comfortable and not scared to see the dentist. I cannot recommend them enough!

Andrea Garcia I’ve been coming to Dr. Emelia Ghobrial for years. I have 4 kids to he attends and they all love him. He’s very gentle and he definitely won my kids hearts. He makes sure my kids are calm and talks to them before doing anything to them. I love Stacey! She always accommodates me to fit all of us in. We came to him from LA county then we moved to Fontana and we still come to this dentist. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Shonda Denise I went in for a root canal he put a crown on my tooth that doesnt fit. On top of that he damaged the tooth next to it and now they both have to be properly repaired!! Stay far away from this dental office. He is very rude when you voice your opinion.

dude with a random beard Honestly, I came here with cash and they over charged me. My insurance told me that the procedure he performed on me shouldnt have cost me that much money, and not to mention he manipulated me into getting a lesser product to save resources. The guy is horrible, i thought he was a good dentist, but he doesnt care for your dental hygiene, he only cares about making a quick buck. I would not recommend this place, thats why i never went back.

Mary Tawadros I have been going to Dr. Ton since 2008. He has been the best Dentist I have been to. He treats you with care, kindness and truth. He is very gentle, answers all your questions, and makes sure to do a super job routine cleaning, root canal, teeth whitening, fixing old cavity fillings. I havent always been able to see him over the years, but it was worth it to me to pay for PPO options to go out of my network to be able to come back to him. Also, he will never recommend extra work to be done, like other dentists do, only what you need, I highly recommend this dentist. His staff is also very professional, kind and helpful.
