3 /5 Kperry Perry: This is my 3rd time coming to shop for Gel pedicure and I was disappointed with the service today. They’re pricey but I don’t mind paying when I’m satisfied with service. Today was mediocre and maybe because I came later in the day. There was not cutting of cuticles or removal and ingrown. I have never had to make a request for special treatment, it is part of the general service. Typically, you’re greeted and offered beverage and I even had to request this, something was off today and I will return because it may have an isolated incident. Overall , I like the overall cleanliness and services

Initially booked an appointment online for a gel manicure, but changed it to a pedicure in-person, which was no problem. Lucy, my nail tech, was so gentle and checked in with me multiple steps of the way to ensure everything was going ok. They also had complimentary beverages. The environment was very relaxing. I will definitely be making this place my regular nail salon from now on!

Jessica Benjamin: Came in as a walk in two days ago for an acrylic fill and pedicure. While I appreciate that they tried to squeeze me in, I ended up spending two and a half hours waiting on and off and being shuffled between multiple nail techs. Part of my gel nail chipped the day after the manicure and by day two half of the thumb has peeled off. Will not be coming back and would suggest others look elsewhere if you need nail services in Pasadena.

The salon has a nice peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a professional nail tech and a no drama kind of salon. Sit back relax and treat yourself. I schedule my appointments for every two weeks and I always look forward to it.

Mark Hafeman: I was late for an 11:30 appointment and called. She told me they would do a rush job on my mom because they had an appointment at 12:00. She said they also had a 12:30 opening. So I rushed in for the shorter appointment rather than wait. I even gave her a good tip. Then I realized as my mom’s nails dried that she didn’t have a 12:00 appointment because she was eating lunch. Since she didn’t have a 12:30 appointment she obviously could have gone slightly overtime since she did not have a 12:00 appointment and lied about it. I wish I had not given her a tip. I have other options next time.

Jouslynn: Technicians seemed nice. Good massage. Zero waste time. Service was rushed. I had to ask twice to remove the old polish- they never removed it all! They added acetone to the polish so it was dull and chipped the next day. The shop is a little ran down and dingy.
