1 /5 Jyotika Dwivedi: Ruined my hair and wasted my $130. Asked for brown to red brown shade. My hair is so artificially looking jet black. I hate it cause they failed to deliver the hair color. Mind you this is the store manager doing my hair. I thought I got the best person doing my hair after the other stylist made a huge deal out of my current hair color and my liking for the new color. I was told if I chose red brown it would fade and make me look clown red . Really!! I found that rude and insulting. When I confronted the manager saying my hair looks no way close to brown , he disagreed and headed me for checkout and then I was rushed out . Period! Rude service , they are supposed hair professionals!! Horrible experience. I just need my money back .

5 /5 L-11: The staff (especially Krupa) are phenomenal. First time here, and received great recommendations when I wasn’t sure what color balayage to get. Krupa was very informative & professional, and ensured I got the look I wanted. The culture is amazing with the staff supporting & encouraging each other - positive atmosphere & comments all around. I’ve received many compliments from strangers on my hair color. Already looking forward to my next appointment.
