1 /5 Rosa Hernandez: I had a one star experience. When I walked in for my appointment, Alma asked if I saw the text message she sent me I was confused since we set the appointment over the phone. She texted me to move my appointment from 1:00 to 1:30. Anyways I was waiting since 1 o’clock for my appointment did not get attended until 2:30 I was supposed to get a color and keratin treatment. After the color and wash she said that it’s her husband’s birthday and to excuse her for she will not be finishing the appointment and was trying to have me leave home half done. As I got up to leave she asked the next client to sit down on the chair to do a keratin treatment on her. That’s when I decided to speak up for myself explaining how this is unprofessional and and unfair the owner of the store came to speak with me and asked if I wanted her to dry my hair I said yes I would appreciate it. That’s when Alma spoke up and told the owner “ No No no do not touch her hair I started I will finish the hair the owner said will if you want” that’s when she said well she will have to come back on Monday to finish the hair. The owner did not try to help me out the same day she did not want to help fix the issue the same day she also agreed with Alma and told me to come back on Monday. Like what!??

Angelina cut my hair and she cut my hair even better than I expected she cut the length that I asked her to and suggested a style with what I had told her I wanted and what i did not want and she understood me perfectly. She is an expert. Go with Angelina you will leave definitely very happy and very pleased. You will definitely come back.

5 /5 Antuan Phan: I had my hair colored by Martha, she was nice and explained the process to me since this was the first time I was having this done. Overall a smooth process, qnd I cant wait for my hair to lighten up to really see the end result.

1 /5 Mustafa Alrubaiee: Dont even go there. They have the worst service and they use bad products. I did the $88 creatine treatment and they said it will last me 5 months after one week my hair went back to normal. I called to check on that they told me the girl who did my hair will contact me next week. 3 weeks later no one contact me. And when I call them they tell "oh our policy say after the first week we dont fix it for you". They do a terrible job. Take your money somewhere else better than this place.

5 /5 lilly d: I used a groupon for a deep conditioning and haircut. The service and results were incredible. Not only were they extremely accommodating but my thin curly hair has always cursed me and they knew exactly how to work with it. I absolutely recommend Lounge Salon.
