Sadly the car was a total loss but Luis was in constant contact with insurance and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Thank you Lone Star!!!

Thankfully I came here and the mechanic Luis was very professional, kind and efficient. He had showed excellent communication skills and expertise in his work throughout the whole process!

1 /5 Elijah Garcia: He intentionally over-tightened my lug nuts when putting my wheels back on after I said Id rather do my own brakes. It was impossible to remove the wheels myself without professional tools after he put them back on. I had another mechanic confirm that making them that tight would not have been an accident
