5 /5 Kristin Whisenand: I was in town for work purposes and needed to have my nails done, this causes A LOT of stress when someone new does my nails. I didnt havent a choice as my nails were starting to chip. I called to make and appointment and Lynn was wonderful. Once I explained to her my situation, she was very patient with me as I was trying to explain to her what my normal home nail salon does for me. When I got to the salon, I was very welcomed and Lynn took special care of me and did my nails herself. She did a wonderful job and took great pride in making me feel at ease with a new nail salon tech. The prices were very comparable to what I usually pay at home. I would highly recommend this nail salon whether you are from San Francisco or just visiting!!

5 /5 Sarah Corriea Houston: ** New Owners took over in Late 2021, dont be bothered by those old one star reviews!! The new owners and operators are total rockstars! ** Lynn is the absolute best!! She provides the incredible services. I cant go more then a couple weeks without seeing her for a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure! She is so thoughtful and meticulous at what she does. The salon itself is so clean and calming. Exactly what youre looking for when youre trying to relax. Dont look anywhere else! Youve found the best SF has to offer. Go see Lynn and the ladies at Lily Nails Spa, you wont regret it.

5 /5 Micaela Aguirre: Excellent service! I felt very comfy from the very beginning. I did a dipping powder because my nails were very thin and weak. Lynn did an excellent job making my nails look natural. Everyone there work professionally. Also, this salon is open until 8 in a pretty safe neighborhood. I really recommend this place!! 5 /5 Ashley Zimmerman: This place is the best in the neighborhood! I was waiting for my 2nd visit to leave a review to make sure my first time wasnt just "beginners luck." Ive done a gel manicure both visits and a pedicure on the 2nd as well. They do *not* rush through services and take time to ask and listen to your preferences. The pedicure is awesome with a bonus hot stone part of the massage! The owner did my manicure both times and is able to get the polish super close to the cuticles; my nails grow fast, and I wait 2 weeks between appointments, so with most other salons they look grown out after a few days. My polish choices might not be your preference, haha, but adding photos to show the consistency between two visits. Heads up: they dont offer any kind of nail art/designs, but do a fantastic job with with traditional paint jobs. One of the best parts is they seem to really honor their booked appointments and dont appear to take walk-ins they dont actually have time for...and theyre open Sundays!!!!
