5 /5 Joyce Zhong: I’ve been a long-time patient but my psychiatrist recently switched over to his own location. Regardless, I just want to leave a shoutout to all the front desk receptionists. Every single time I call for the past almost 5 years, they have been extremely kind and helpful. They are empathetic, understanding, and 100% deserve a raise for how much patience they have. I thank the office staff immensely for their care and hospitality. You can feel their compassion through the phone! I wish I could remember all their names and acknowledge them here but my memory sucks! However, I will always remember the kindness they showed me. Sometimes the front desk could be the catalyst for continuing or discontinuing treatment because their care can make a huge difference. And they have cared every time. THANK YOU ALL!!! And management please give them a raise!!! They absolutely deserve it.
