Melanie Velarde: They burned my moms hair and the silicone lady did not seem professional and apart from that she had a nasty attitude. If youre no good at doing hair, maybe dont offer the service. Terrible.

The 2 woman cutting hair did not try to help the have no customer service skills at all. No air conditioning the store is in back of strip mall. My impression of this store was horrible Im not trying out this place. If you cant say hello to customers coming into your business for first time. Impressions Run away save your money go elsewhere. I would give this location -99. Bad service lack of knowledge regarding customer service.
