1 /5 Ishala Martin: Charged me $91 for a basic ass full set. Will never return here. Just cause this is Rancho Mirage doesnt give you the right to take advantage. There is not one damn rhinestone or hard design on my nails!!!! WHAT A BULLSHIT SALON!! Took him 90 mins & the only change I asked for was making the french tip deeper. $91!!!!!!! IM LIVID! Ive been to 5 star amazing establishments & NEVER would be charged this.

1 /5 Wendy Atkinson: Came recommended by a friend whose opinion I value, so I was expecting a good experience. What a disappointment! Nail polish was poorly applied and didn’t even cover my nails. Price was sky high for a simple mani/pedi. Will never go back!! One star rating is too high!

Jennifer Martinez: If I could leave zero stars I would. The service was horrible. We got 2 pedicures. The water starts off cold, asked for warmer water, semi fixed to lukewarm… that’s okay. I told the nail tech to keep my nails straight across to file/clip if needed to make even. Pedicure starts she barely pushes my cuticles back, hardly any clean up, she clips the SIDES of my nails which should never be cut! That creates a pincher nail. Clips my regrowth of my nail that broke off after hitting it. (the nail was not dead it was healthy regrowth) I would’ve appreciated if my appointment was longer than 13 minutes, more patience and focus. I ended up filing my nails evenly at home. The other nail tech respectfully should no longer be giving service. Experience was 10/10 horrible gloopy polish, toe nails all uneven not even straight or curved. My friends toe nails were completely cut from the sides to near triangle shape which is so wrong! I wouldn’t even be able to express what that was! I’m aware of language barriers but there should be some kind of second hand help if the business owners know that’s the case. One should ask for assistance before proceeding without clearly knowing what a customer wants. I expressed our complaints, it’s honestly pointless at that point you cant regrow your nails at that moment. Instead of offering a discount for such a horrible experience she quickly scanned the card and asked my friend to sit so she can fix. My friend ask to take off the polish she would fix the rest herself at home. She was over it. The lady tries fixing the mistakes atleast she was able to get them semi straight as it could be since they were now triangle shape. (My friend also went home to fix her own nails) My friend told her more than 3x she didn’t want polish, yet she still proceeded to paint them. After paying for a service, nobody should be going home to fix their entire pedicure. Long story short find the next salon or better off saving your money from here.

Courtney Marley: Horrible experience and incredibly upset considering I’ve always had good service here. Today, I had a new person doing my manicure and I asked for a full set which I always do. I typically get my nails shorter in length due to working in the hospital but today, the nail person proceeded to file them down all the way to my skin so there was absolutely no more nail left. She even began taking off my skin as there was no more nail left to file. Not sure why I paid for a tip when the entire tip was then removed. It’s incredibly disappointing given the price charged. The price of the same services also varies by $10ish or more dollars every visit I’ve noticed. Will not be returning.

Jacklynn Schultz: Vu and Hannah are THE BEST!!!!! They recreate any photo I bring them and make my nails look amazing! Also- they last FOREVER! No chipping, no breaking just fabulous nails all the time. When I set a new appointment, I don’t go in because I need to, I go in because I WANT TO! It’s enjoyable for me to be able to ask them to put a fun design on my nails. They are both so nice and work great as a husband and wife team!!!! Thank you Vu and Hannah! See you in 3 weeks!!! Also- Vu has great recommendations for new ways to maintain your nails rather than the old school gel!! Go to them for fun designs, great service and to try something new!

Completely pain free and she listened to everything I asked. She was patient with me and paid great attention to detail. She worked with me to get the nails I desired that would help them grow again without causing future damage to my already fragile nails. If you are in pain and need someone to help you desperately, look no further. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you Tracy!

When I arrived I showed the lady whom I spoke to over the phone and she told me no they can’t do that. Waste of time! She didn’t bother asking the other nail techs if they could do my design she just said no. Please don’t tell a customer yes then waste their time in person.
