1 /5 Luis Garcia: Waste of time, mechanic does not like to work on your vehicle if job seems to take longer then he expects it to be or something else that’s not part of job looks dirty. Be warn unless your car looks newer or simply doesn’t give added time he might reject to service you smh. Been here a couple times and I just thought it was only fluke it happened the other times. SMH

5 /5 Evy Ruiz: Mark was very courteous and polite. I Dropped my car off for brake service. He called me within an hour with a diagnostic and price which I accepted and also asked for oil change. My car was ready within 3 hours. Price was reasonable (compared to dealer’s service). Definitely recommend and will be back for future repairs. Btw, he specializes in BMW’s but services domestic and foreign too.

5 /5 JP: Over 15 years Mark has been working on my parents cars and now my cars. Most reliable car shop and price is excellent. Mark (the owner) is honest and fair and communicates clearly. Mark cares about the safety of your vehicle and communicates precisely what you need and what you do not need. Mark is a master of anything related to vehicles and engines.

5 /5 Andrew Dickieson: Last week my car broke down in long beach where i was 20 miles away from home and was sent to Lakewood Auto Care from AAA. I was in a sinario where my back was against a wall and I could have been taken advantage of or at least charged the fullest amount and put at the bottom of the wait list but instead Mark gave me not only the AAA discount but also have me a discount on the time worked and made it a point to get my car done ASAP. Mark and his crew are completely stand up and do great work. thank you to them and please if you are looking for a mechanic, use lakewood auto care.
