5 /5 felita Vizcarra: My vans battery icon lit up when we arrived here in Lake Tahoe last Saturday..... it disappeared after awhile, but the next day it lit up again. Since we were driving back to Los Angeles today (Monday), I called AAA to check the battery.... and it was diagnosed as problem with the alternator. I called Lake Tahoe Automotive, and they told me to bring the van in. They even ordered the alternator right away prior to my arrival to facilitate the repair. When I got to the shop, they finished the repair in less than an hour. They were so efficient and nice, very good customer service! And the price is paid for the repair was fair enough. Highly recommended!

1 /5 James Ross: Guy “fixed my car” for 2 weeks by gluing the wire for my ignition coil, while doing so he void my warranty. Spark plug was loose and basically not even installed, my car kept misfiring due to his negligence. Never once mentioned it until I tried getting the same ignition coil fixed and the warranty company told me.

1 /5 Alek Hurst: These guys are COMPLETE scammers. They took my van for a simple job: replacing dipstick tube. They WRECKED everything they touched (cross threaded exhaust manifold bolts, cross threaded dipstick tube bolts). Cost me almost $1000 to take it to a different mechanic and fix the things they broke. DO NOT take your vehicle here under any circumstances.

5 /5 Jesse Chulay: This may be the best mechanic I have ever been to. My 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 kept overheating and leaking coolant. I called Efren at the shop and he told me to bring it by the following day at 10am. I did so, and Efren examined my radiator, within minutes, he suggested a new radiator, and said he could see it was leaking plastic and coolant. Efren ordered the radiator that morning, and I kid you not, it was done and ready the next day at 11am. Labor, coolant, and the radiator came to $668. My truck runs greats and no leaks or overheating.
