5 /5 Jenny Brandemuehl: Wonderful stylists - I’ve been coming here for years. They are expert at what they do whether it’s hair color, cut or Japanese oxygen treatment. Everyone here from the office manager to the owner are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’ve had so many people compliment me on my hair color and hair style. I give the stylists at La Migliore the credit - the color they mix for me is true artistry!

1 /5 Francys Chavez: Walked to ask if they had availability. The lady at the desk said “let me check if someone can give you a quick consult” Two ladies came out, looked at my hair for 10 seconds. Told me it’ll take two hours. Didn’t touch my hair, didn’t ask any further questions. The “consult” was 3 mins and the lady charged me $27. For this pitiful consult. If she would have mentioned there was a charge, I would of politely declined. Ridiculous. Poor business relationship.

1 /5 San Andreas: I first visited this place three years ago when I moved to Menlo Park and really liked meeting the owner and hearing her personal story. I’ve since moved to SF but decided to book them for a haircut and a coloring. Ten minutes after I began my drive down 280 from SF the stylist called to tell me she was running a half hour late and if I could arrive then. I couldn’t as I had an appointment after in SF. When I told her about my conflict she lectured me about having booked the original time (3pm). I told her that I thought the appointment would take an hour, her response was cold - “NO, you were told the coloring would take an hour and cutting a bit more.” No apologies, no help with rescheduling. I am extremely busy and this affected important business plans I had. I understand delays, but it was the condescending and unhelpful response that was shocking. This stylist was extremely rude - and they’ve lost a customer forever.

5 /5 Sparkles: Run, dont walk to La Migliore Salon and find Lily. The salon has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, everyone is so nice here! Soft face framing layers and beautiful highlights done by Lily. She brought me from dark hair to blonde with so much dimension. She pays attention to detail and is incredibly talented at what she does. Thank you! I love love love my hair.

1 /5 Manisha Patel: I was ghosted after I called and told them I wasn’t happy with my hair and if another stylist can fix my hair. I just wanted money piece highlights, simple right? I was left with over processed hair and banding. Really dissatisfied with the whole process. I do not recommend this salon.
