5 /5 Wen Xi: Christy is the only person my husband trusts for haircut in the Bay Area. He has been going there for 10+ years and has always been satisfied. Recently I brought my dad to Christy for haircut and the result came out pretty well too! She is friendly, professional and reliable. My dad felt very welcomed and comfortable visiting. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a haircut at a reasonable price.

2 /5 Jianwei Zheng: The staff here were very friendly, and the environment was clean and welcoming. However, the haircut didn’t turn out anything like the picture I showed the stylist. There was no layering—just a blunt shave up the sides. The cut ended up uneven, with the back looking like a dog took a bite out of it, and the front resembling a pastry on my head. For a $43 men’s haircut, I was expecting better, especially given the high rating. I did leave a generous tip, but only because of the gentle service—they washed my hair before and after the cut, which made me feel refreshed. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

1 /5 Ankita Pasad: Got a haircut from Christy day before yesterday. I shortened quite a bit (about 5 inches) and I am still finding some hair my original length. I already cut hair at two such places to match the new length and just found a third one. I also see that the shortest step on one side is much shorter (half the length) than the shortest step on the other side. Not sure how an experienced hair dresser can make such mistakes. Very disappointing. The place was clean, quiet, and cozy and Christy was also gentle and confirmed multiple times re. the length and style. I was hoping to make this my to-go saloon.
