1 /5 Justice Ann: Made an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time for a manicure and pedicure. On the day of appointment I had been taking an Uber from my resort and was going to be 10 minutes late. I called to let the owner know and she let me know that ten minutes meant I had to choose between a manicure or pedicure. I understand that I had said 9 am but I can’t believe 10 minutes would make enough of a difference I wouldn’t get what I had wanted. Ended up canceling my appointment all together because I was so disappointed in their overall lack of accommodation.
