2 /5 Marla Arciniega: I know that trusting others with clipping my nails is a risk. I know mistakes happen. What I don’t appreciate about this place is that they really tried to make me believe I walked in with a “stubbed toe and broken nail” when really my nail tech made a mistake. She tried to cut straight across rather than realizing I have a curbed nail with curbed tissue. When I realized her mistake we went back and forth for a bit then the manager stepped in to repeat that I had stubbed my toe when clearly you can see the clean cut from the clippers. I liked the place, clean and staff is friendly but I did not appreciate the way they handled this mistake. I’m glad I’m not injured.

4 /5 Beatriz Adriana Diaz: For the most part they are really good and friendly, there have been instances in the past we’re a mistake was done and they just apologize but no accountability or try to keep the client happy. Lately I have noticed that they do try to fix the issue and make sure the client is happy

5 /5 Jennifer Romero: Kathys is great. Ive gone in 3 times now for a gel mani and they come out so cute! Gel lasts forever. I did not get my first chip until almost two weeks. Staff is nice. Will definitely keep coming back.

Miki: Major communication problem. I asked what are “healthy nails” or “delux nails” on the touch panel upon checking in, the lady told me “just pick one” without any explanation. The nail technician was surly… I asked if she was going to take care of cuticles, she said “yes manicure” so I gave up (she did take care of cuticles quickly after nail polish was all done) I liked how nails came out, but the service was not match to other places I’ve even to to say the least. So no repeat. I usually leave 20% tip but not this time

Vamos Vane: The nail tech said the prices were based off length so I did them a bit short asked questions and she seemed very defensive, I didnt want her to get upset so I just sat there as she so obviously was talking about me her tone said it all, it was so uncomfortable, then when she put acrylic the nails looked good so I said please don’t file anymore they are perfect the way they are, she files them down and makes them sharp they looked bad I said that I didn’t like that, she got very upset of me saying they looked a bit sharp and she started ripping them off with her nail clipper and it was very embarrassing, I spoke to the manager who was very professional and sweet since I got there, i said I would be back but I don’t think so after the experience. T. S.: I came to this place to get a refill done for my civil wedding the next day. I had the classic ombré (as most of the time) and asked for the same style. He went in and started taking off the acrylic. After he only used a nude colour to fill up tge bottom of the nails and the tips had tge white colour from my refill before in. After ONE week exactly I realized that under my right ring finger there is a very dark spot unter the acrylic nail. I went immediately to the store to grab some items to remove that nail. Only to find out there is a nail fungus! I removed all the nails. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! 40$ service + 5$ tip and this is what you gut. Super disgusting. Never again!

Onelise Locker: Had a great experience! Such a detailed mani she did a great job at making sure my cuticles were looking good. Vicky made sure my nails were done perfectly & was what I wanted! I brought my kids and they were so welcoming and kind. She even could do cute designs & the cat eye! 10 out of 10!

I cant remember her name but the nail tech I had was super sweet and went over her work over and over making sure it was right and asked me if it was okay too. 10/10 I would recommend this place and come back again for Halloween nails. This set was $65 and I left her a $20 tip. Edit: 8/28 only a week and I lost 2 nails already.
