Lately I have noticed that they do try to fix the issue and make sure the client is happy

5 /5 Jennifer Romero: Kathys is great. Ive gone in 3 times now for a gel mani and they come out so cute! Gel lasts forever. I did not get my first chip until almost two weeks. Staff is nice. Will definitely keep coming back.
