Dr. Bailowitz was highly professional and informative. He listened intently to me and was familiar with my medical history. He provided me clear treatment options that were easy to understand. I appreciate the great customer service.

There was a sense of true caring and her skillful examination of my eyes for any adjustment in my Rx lens didnt take long. She is to be recognized and commended for her position as an Optometrist which represents Kaiser in the best light.
