2 /5 Amber Crabtree: I have to rate the experience low. There is really only convenience if you are in person and can get your appointment scheduled online.
Theres hardly any available appointments, no urgent care services, and forget about connecting with the doctors if you miss a call. You will be asked to call the doctor back, but you dont actually talk to the doctor. You are directed to a call center that isnt local. You go through the entire Phone system, possibly get hung up on to start the process all over again.... Just to call back the doctor, that asked for you to call back.....
Then you just get read the doctors notes if any... And asked if you want the doctor to call you back ?! This is phone tag. Im exhausted already and being told I can possibly have to wait until the next day to get a call back from the doctor. Kaiser has to do better than this nonsense. Ive never dealt with any medical professional offices or facilities with no direct phone lines to providers. If theres an automated system or phone hub its local. Pay your phone center employees more for having to deal with the disgruntled people being sent through the loops and run around just to try and talk to the doctors. Good Lord.
