Fati Meza: They provide really good customer service. The doctor is really attentive and professional. HOWEVER, I was disappointed to learn they do not provide translation services for their patients. The patients are required to bring someone to translate for them. This could cause a lot of miss communication as the people they are bringing is not medical people that would explain effectively what the Doctor is stating. This should be a priority! Dr has a lot of patients that are non english speakers. If there is not enough personal to translate, then hire a third party agency (language line) to accommodate for his patients. There is plenty of revenue in this office as to be able to hire a language line. This is respectfully my opinion

Lola Yates: Taylor Vet Hospital saved my dogs life. I was quoted an egregious amount of money at another vet hospital in Modesto. They wanted, on the high end, $5,889 upfront. Of course, my family did not have the means for that. Not only did TVH estimate in the two thousand range, they ended up giving me a refund from my initial deposit. The total for services was $1,199. They treated me and my chihuahua with compassion and care. The vet was kind and explained everything throughly. I will forever be indebted to them for giving me the option of having my baby with me longer. You can tell that they truly care about you and the well-being of your fur babies.

None Ya: 8 months later and still waiting on a referral! Then they send me a letter saying they’ve been trying to contact me..all lies they haven’t tired to contact me once haven’t left any messages. Trying to cover their own asses..then Emmanuel calls me 8 months later saying dr Lewis order an ultrasound how did they get my number?? They dropped the ball pure negligence I already got an ultrasound somewhere else and have been referred took less then a month!! Do better!!

Mario Davis: First time this has happened at this hospital it really depends on the time slot you go. I was 3rd patient of the night I will call them my dream team. Very friendly gentlemen at the sign in window the very kind male triage nurse who knows how to be professional and amazing. Then Alex my male nurse was outstanding then I lucked out and got Dr Cervantes who not only showed that he genuinely cared about how he doctors and showed real concern for the most painful UTI that rivaled tooth pain. I was in such pain I thank the Lord that I got the dream team I got. I was even offered pain medication in the form of morphine. I was took care of so well, this doctor ran additional test just to make sure I wouldnt be back in. Hands down 10 out of 10. I arrived at 2:30 am, again once shift change occurred I was left with a new team. The standard that the hospital is use to which was terrible. Not the same care, rudeness, rolling of the eyes the regular treatment I always expect when visiting the hospital. So I was quite in shock to be giving the dream team that I got. Thank you triage nurse, Alex, and a special thanks to the Dr. I never knew that it was even possible to be cared for by the staff and boy was I wrong. God Bless you all.

Taylor Holbrook: Wait time is horrendous. Doctor Lee is unprofessional and rude. He seems irritated and overwhelmed. Gets really frustrated if you try and ask questions. Literally threw his head back and sighed out of frustration. It was honestly so weird to witness. The ladies working the front desk have been really nice, but the nurses and Doctor Lee himself are not. Wish we didnt have to come here.

C Carr: Dental side review: Asked to arrive 15min prior to appointment to fill out paperwork, arrived in the cold at 8am sharp when they’re suppose to open it’s now 8:20 and the doors are still locked. Luckily the wonderful ladies next door at the medical office allowed me to wait inside out of the cold. Not a good start for my first visit hopefully the wait will be worth it. Update: once I made it inside the Back to see dentist experience was awesome, made it in and out pretty quickly. Dr cook was very helpful and informative, will definitely be back because of him just going to avoid appointments when they first open to not have to go through that wait again.

Alejandra Castellanos: Worst hopistal ever !!! Brought my grandma into ER . Pretty much all staff is rude !! Including the Dr . Also, the hospital is disgusting !! Blood all over the place ! Dirty 2x2 gauze all over the floor . Idk how this hospital is running !!! Leaking equipment !! Staff yelling across the room . Ask for assistance and they would just never come ! Unfortunately couldn’t take her to Sutter Tracy ! But would definitely avoid this hospital if you could !! As I read the rest of the reviews on this hospital i couldn’t agree more !! I understand as an emergency department you are busy . But , we bring our loved ones in thinking they will be taken care of . I had to talk to the lead nurse in order to draw attention to my grandma . As soon as I told him I had left a negative review on their hospital he asked for me to please talk to him about my concerns so he can make it better ! That’s when my grandma surprisingly had more attention on her . I noticed something was wrong with how they attended my grandma . It’s sad to see how the nurse in training was the one to notice her antibiotics were not even being given to her ! The whole time we thought she was being given her medication ! One of the nurses I could tell was shocked / embarrassed because she knew I was already upset about the entire situation . They had told me that she didn’t have any type of infection after i demanded someone come in to give me any kind of update ! You could visibly see the nurse was irritated . I had to tell her that my grandma has history of sepsis . And they never gave her a urine test because her blood work “ did not show any infection “. Yet when my grandmas heart rate began to elevate they went straight to get a urine sample !! Just to tell me later it looks like she has a UTI . Ok ? So y’all had to wait for the patients family member to tell you to check her health history? Things were all over the place . They came in to take her for a ct scan . Couldn’t take her bc she wouldn’t cooperate . Radiologist said he can try to take her and scan in that position . Dr. In charge said nope ! You can come back later . You are not going to do that ! In such a rude manner ! Also, never once did she come in to speak to me in regards to my grandma . Later when the nurse came in to give me some updates after I demanded them , she assured me my grandma has her scan done . And I told her she did not . She kept insisting she did ! I told her she did not ! Until one nurse came along to tell her she did not have her scan done bc she was not cooperating . They honestly are just all over the place . Once we admitted her into a room . It was a completely different story . Her nurse was incredible! Soooooo sweet, caring and just completely opposite of the ER room ! She did mention she had an ultrasound done , which she never did . And I had to tell her she did not have any kind of ultrasound done . She mentioned they had entered she had it done along with some results ? HOW ?! I guess all I want to say is . ER room needs to be more careful .

Amy Trost: Considering what we women go here for, which might not be something we look forward too, my experience was not bad at all. I have been here twice within 2 weeks and both times everyone who worked here that I dealt with were helpful and friendly. The women who performed the different tests were very gentle, explained things so I understood and answered my questions. My first, regular, appointment I was there about 30 minutes. My second appointment I was there about an hour. The only thing I didnt like was at my second appointment I wanted my husband to come in and wait in the waiting room for me because I was getting test results telling me if I had cancer or not. Thank God the tests were negative! I dont know what I would have done if they told me I tested positive for cancer and then I had to walk by all the people, through the waiting room, hall, elevator, lobby, entry and parking lot all by myself, especially being one who suffers with anxiety.
