2 /5 Alex Rossbach: Youre better off going to the one in Sacramento or Oakland. Ive never had a particularly great experience at this KP office. Itll do in a pinch if thats the only option you have but its far from being actually good. Youre definitely paying for sub-standard care and doctors who dont really care all that much about you.

Sally Cage: Disorganized, inefficiently run, and extremely slow to respond to urgent medical issues, this office embodies whats wrong with the health industry in the US. Annoying mistakes and appalling inefficiencies have led me to sever all ties with the establishment and I’m thinking of leaving Sutter completely. The only positive aspect was my primary care doctor who has left this office and I see why. I would recommend avoiding this office if at all possible or be prepared for high costs and mediocre service.
