3 /5 Tony Tran: Community: 5/5 hands down easiest to connect with. I love the people here! Worship Team: 5/5 I love the worship song they sing here. I look forward to it every week Sermon: 3/5 The pastor is awesome and a very relational person. He has a kind heart and I like him for that. The sermon, however, leans more on speculation than on the interpretations commonly agreed upon by Biblical scholars and normal people who read the Bible. Id say some interpretation here would be considered somewhat unbiblical (eg. Abraham and Sarahs bidding war scheme in Egypt) To me, sermon and biblical teaching is the most important, thus I rate it entirely off of it. Besides that, if you want great community, great worship music, and a loving pastor, this truly is a wonderful church!

Beyond solid biblical teaching and powerful worship on Sundays, Kairos fosters both emotional and spiritual health. They also embody the “radical middle,” fully embracing both the Spirit and the Word. If youre looking for a church in the area, stay open, take the initiative to get involved, and you’ll find it well worth the effort.

5 /5 Anna Nguyen: We have been attending Kairos Christian Church for six years. We love the community of Christian believers here who have become our church family. Pastor Peter’s sermons are based on biblical truths which will encourage and convict you to grow closer to God. Our small groups are great and allow for honest discussions and brothers and sisters to pray for one another. We have two young children and are so thankful to have the Children’s Ministry care and nurture them as their own. Come check us out!

Kairos Christian Church is a welcoming church that offers a community of believers that strive to grow closer to God, individually and as a body of Christ. There is one main service for college, young adults, and young parents. There is a separate service for Children in the same building. Aside from regular Sunday service, there are weekly small group meetings in various locations throughout the San Diego County and regular prayer meetings at the church building.
