5 /5 Stara Being: We were driving through the bugs on the freeway and didn’t see a tarp on the road that somehow ripped our bumper off. Julio was so helpful in trying to help us with our insurance and tow. He went way beyond what most people would do to help. We ended up not being able to use his services because of insurance stuff but so appreciated his kindness, honesty, attention to detail and compassion and willingness to help. Thank you Julio.

5 /5 Amy Grable: Julio rescued us when a wheel bearing blew a couple miles north of Williams. His business is TRULY 24 HOURS - he answered at 5:30 am with helpful advice about where to stay, offered tow service, and helped us find parts from as far away as Sacramento (he’s seriously knowledgeable about the used part market in Northern California!) for our 20 year old truck. He got us running again in record time - back on the road in less than a day! I couldn’t be happier about supporting this independent business owner! Thanks again, Julio!

Julio went out of his way to provide speedy service, even providing my son a ride to and from a hotel and picking up the ordered parts from a nearby auto distribution center. Thank Julio, you truly were a blessing!!

5 /5 Stetson Wheat: Excellent, standup guy. I brought a vehicle to him for a pre-purchase inspection and he took 40 minutes out of his day to do the whole thing for free. He even refused payment. Ive also called him for advice and he was very helpful. You dont find too many people like that in business these days.

Had my two kids with me, just drove 6 in a half hours and still 2 away from home and to say the least I was a pretty scared and nervous n couldnt think too straight. We got ahold of him n he went and got the part, picked us up, towed us to his shop, fixed my car and we were able to make it home tonight. He was fast n did a great job. I appreciate that man allot. For a mom n her two girls traveling in the dark, Julio was a savior. Thank you!
