5 /5 helmut scholz: Dr. Julian Nguyen is not my primary doctor, but I saw him yesterday for an appointment that I didnt want to put off. Doctor Nguyen was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He got me in quickly, reviewed my condition, explained what he thought, and immediately referred me to a specialist department. Excellent, clear communication, super competent, and friendly. Exactly what you want from a doctor. I like my primary doctor too, but if I ever have to change, I would not hesitate to use Dr. Nguyen as my PCP.

Dr. Kehl was an excellent physician I had with over 30 years and I am having Julian Nguyen DO present time, he cares my health conditions, I can feel he’s more happy than myself while he saw my health getting improved. His warm smile, and knowledge made me have trust on him as my primary physician, since Dr Kehl retired.

Luis: Great care for an emergency situation. Spent a week hospitalized and was treated with respect and care. The doctors were knowledgeable and caring and tried their best to make sure my recovery was speedy. The nurses and staff in 2N were outstanding.

San Leandro Hospital: Emergency Room - San Leandro

Barbara Grattan: Went on a Saturday in extreme pain in upper back and down arm. Wait to be called and checked in was about 20-25 min. Was having trouble being in an upright position. Needed to lie down but they only put me in a chair so I tried lying on my legs or on the floor. Dr gave me toradol injection and said they would check back in a few minutes. When they checked back, it had not helped at all so the doctor’s response was “there’s nothing more we can do for you.” It was unbelievable. They sent me home. 2 days later I was in an ambulance going to Eden Hospital. Paramedics gave me fentanyl (with anti-nausea) and Eden gave me morphine, toradol, steroid taper, lidocaine patch and Oxycodone. It took weeks for me too improve from lying on the floor 24/7. It was that bad. San Leandro treated me like I was a drug addict rather than someone with a severe upper back injury. Do NOT go there!

Drew Hancock: Takes one month or more to get an appointment. They canceled an appointment I had and asked me to reschedule another month out! No thanks, going elsewhere. Also, even if you have a PPO you still need a specialist referral, so you have to sit through a months long process to be seen by a doctor that actually knows what they are dealing with. Probably just to rack up useless xray charges and lab fees for the pcp. Thanks for nothing.

The DuDe: I had a appointment with Dr Solomom park his first available appointment was almost 30 days out 4 hours before my appointment. Got a call saying he needed to cancel it. They told me the next available appointment was 18 days out. That means it would have took me close to 48 days to get a in person visit. With my medical provider . Went to the office to physically talk to Adult Medine manager and cant get any response from neither them leaves me feeling like my health. Is are really umportant and they will fit me in when they bookhave the time really disappointed in my medical provider. Wish there was more options out there. I wish my health provider cared about me
