Nail polish from previous hard gels wasnt fully removed manicure with cold water, rudeness and just because someone is black doesnt mean they dont understand other dialects! 1 /5 ShaRea Mitchell: I used to love it here, but now it is a HOT mess due to new staffing. The new lady that’s in charge of doing your toes (short and kind of on the heavier side) stopped mid pedicure session to argue with her man on the phone. She also skips over certain steps when doing your pedicure. She is also very invasive of your space, touchy, and can make you a bit uncomfortable. Last time I went, they also had one lady there doing multiple full sets so the wait time was terrible and she will also stop mid session to start on another client and then bounce back to you. The nails never look like how I want it, the powder was laid on my nail bed incorrectly so it was very bumpy, and some of my nail didn’t even have the powder on there so small bits of my nail was uncovered. Honorable mention: the lady that did my toes got into it so bad with her boyfriend that she had me take a picture of her doing my toes so she can send it to him….so unprofessional and uncomfortable :(

5 /5 Morgan M: I absolutely love this place, not only because it’s fairly priced, but also because the work done is quality! The two you will always see there is Anthony and Jenny. Anthony always does my pedicure, and Jenny always does my manicure. I am a very picky person and they always allow me to voice my opinion and do their best to accommodate my requests because I’m quite particular about my nails and toenails. They take their time as to be perfect so do not expect a fast nail job. Plus it’s usually only the two of them so relax... They are very kind people and I recommend anyone to go. By the way, YES, they ARE OPEN even though yelp says they are closed.

T SYN (Syn T): I needed the color to be changed and it was already super late. I called them at 730? Ish. They close at 8 and still took me in. A few imperfections nothing major. Kind of pricey for being in the hood. The lady kept burning me on the edges as she was trying to rush. My fault for being a last minute customer. Would use them again if I am in a pinch. Cost was $22 for a gel nail color change.

Today I received a full set with chrome on top of acrylic only (no color). I have large nail beds and that can be difficult to create and shape for a natural look. Today was busy but they were able to fit me in without needing an appointment. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect! And have a 2 weeks no chip policy so you can return and get fixed free of charge.

SIMGE ACAR: Before the procedure, he tried to scrape off the nail polish on my hand with a rotary tool instead of doing a manicure. As he pressed it with his thick-headed tool, it made my nail bleed. When I told him it hurt, he said I was as sensitive as a baby. The man standing next to the cash register did my nails. I dont know if the others are the same, but the result of the person who did my nails is obvious. As a generally look good but some details need to improve $55

My full set was a different tech and he did amazing! Listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job going off a reference photo I showed him. Walk ins are welcomed I came earlier in the day so it wasnt busy. Definitely will be back! Was hoping to find a new salon because its been a struggle to find a good one VERY HAPPY

Elizabeth Davis: This place is HORRIBLE! The equipment was used and dirty.. Imagine getting married and having these as your nails- THEY ATTEMPT TO PRICE CHANGE-CONSUMER BEWARE!!! I went November 9, 2022 and was charged the posted price of $25 for a full set. I went yesterday for a fill. The lady fixed my clunky lumpy nails and I actually liked the fill. The list says $15 for a fill and when they finished they tried to charge $25 for the fill then I pointed at the sign and asked why a fill costs as much as the full set. I pointed at the Asian man with white hair and said he was the one that did my full set for $25 and he looked at me in my face and LIED saying he didnt give me a full set for $25 less than 2 weeks prior. They tried to say their posted price list us from 20 years ago (again this is their fault for not posting an updated price list. It sounds like they are running a SCAM and charging customers different prices!) I already took out $15 handed it to them, apologized for the misunderstanding and definitely wont be back- I guess someone else will be getting my business every 2 weeks - when I think of how much business they lost being dishonest I almost feel sorry for them (but not really)! I wish I could post a picture of how ugly my nails were!

Ariana Wright: Its been a LONG time since I have been to a nail salon. As soon as I walked in I asked how much a full set ,mani pedi and it was just awkward and super rude! My feet were not in the best condition and I was being rushed , they were super mean about my feet! They just made me feel really uncomfortable and I definitely wouldnt recommend or come here again. They rushed and then I mentioned that I wanted fake toenails as well and Im pretty sure I paid for that and she told Me no? It costed 41 $ for her to do a basic pedicure. NOT worth it. Im a reserved, polite, quiet person , and I just dont feel like I got treated right. Rude , rude, RUDE!
