They specialize in stone therapy, sports massage, Swedish massages, Reiki energy, CBD infused treatments, eyelash extensions, clinical skin care treatments, full body waxing, couples treatments, and much more! I visited Elements Day Spa for the first time the other day for a couples massage and it was fantastic! Now, I’ll be honest, Elements Day Spa is fairly deceptive from the outside, because it’s a part of a hotel. There is a small sign on the outside of the log cabin based hotel that says, “Elements Day Spa,” on the second (2nd) floor. One of the most wonderful components of Elements Day Spa is that it a water front spa. There is a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe from roughly every massage / spa room. Imagine being massaged and having a beautiful scenery outside of the window. Another cool feature is that if you check in on Yelp, you’ll receive $5 off any service. Now I must say, Elements is expensive, but, every little but helps. The couples massage was AMAZING! I was experiencing shoulder pain and after my massage, it was gone. This is definitely a place worth visiting if you want to relax.
K.B. Nails & Spa - Kings Beach Dana Stiles: My first time going here and it was an amazing experience! Super friendly staff, reasonable price, they made room for my apt last min, and my nail technician Mari did an amazing job. My nails turned out exactly like the reference photo I showed her. I’m super happy with them!
Nail - El Dorado Hills Nicole Beedy: Worst nail job and experience! I came in to get a fill and pedicure. The pedicure was great but the nail techs did a sloppy job, argued with everything I asked and weren’t able to do the simple design I asked for. I explained what I wanted prior to starting. If they couldn’t or didn’t want to do it they should’ve said that and I would’ve gone somewhere else. I was literally happier with my nails when I walked in and they had over 3 weeks of outgrowth! The lady was rude as hell! If you want amateur work pick this place! The pictures below are after over 3 hours of work! How embarrassing!
Magic Hands by Simon - South Lake Tahoe Barbara: Best massage I have ever had!!! The first therapist to release the knots across my shoulders. Another visit I tried his hot rock massage. He uses lots of them and it was a wonderful experience. Was so relaxed I kept falling asleep. You will not be disappointed !!!!
Exotic Nails - Tahoe City Alé S: I had a great experience at Exotic Nails, I was able to get an appointment 20 minutes in advance, showed up with beat nails, and Tony the owner took great care of me. He took great care with my gel colored French mani. The space is upstairs in Cobblestone plaza (there is an elevator), is warm and cozy, manicure chairs have a beautiful view of the lake. I will definitely return!
Apple Nails & Spa - Placerville Elizabeth W.: I have gone to a lot of nail salons within a few years to find the right salon. I was so satisfied with my nails that Ken did, that I wanted to let everyone know that I really think I found what I was looking for in a salon. Ken took me as a last minute fill for my nails. The attention to my hands were amazing! The staff was kind and helpful. I definitely will be back.
Jessicas Nail Salon - Placerville Nicole Haglund: My first time with Jessica and she is my new go nail salon. I got a ombré pedicure, acrylic full set w/ chrome & glitter and my eyebrows waxed. She has amazing customer service, but it’s more than that. Her whole vibe is sincere & caring, and she made it super fun. I had a blast & I felt taken care of in every way.
She has online scheduling so all you have to do is click on her website and pick a date and time. When you walk in she has everything set up for you to check in & she welcomes you at the door with a smile and a beverage. She is so accommodating and she made sure everyone was taken care of and given top notch service.
My nails turned out amazing, pictures attached… and I will be going back for a fill regularly! Best nail experience I have ever had! She also convinced me to get my eyebrows waxed and she was right. She took one look at me and said she can make my eyebrows look amazing && she did… best eyebrows shaping I’ve ever had!
