1 /5 Rahul Tottempudi: I took my girls to James Dalton for their yearly physical with Pediatrician Dr. Taylan and did not have a good experience. I had to correct my address twice with reception, and Im still not sure if the right address is on there. I also added my wife (the mother of both daughters) to receive medical information with reception and that was not included in their charts. My wife ALSO added herself as mother online during remote check in as well. Again, it was not added to their charts. Dr. Athena Taylan saw both girls. We actually had no issue with Dr. Taylan and found her to be friendly, but her assistant called my wife two separate times just to let her know that she could not give her results because she was not added to their chart. Why would you call someone to give them results about their child then state that you cannot give them the results? We followed all of the directions given to us by the James Dalton center staff, but this place is just disorganized. I was also late for one of my daughters visits (I scheduled them together), and one of them had to be rescheduled (which was fine); however, Dr. Taylan stated that she could have seen both girls and was beginning to start her visit with my other daughter before her assistant stopped her. The kicker was that reception told me that they checked with Dr. Taylan and that she had declined to see the "late child" due to "busy schedule" so I feel reception didnt tell me the truth. I would like a call about my experience.

5 /5 Maura Grant: I came in without an appointment on Saturday, due to dizziness and experiencing vertigo. They were very caring and were able to see me within just a few minutes. After seeing the doctor, and thinking I had something in my ear, I was diagnosed with Vertigo. Dr. Laura Keller performed and showed me an exercise to do at home for the next several days. After she performed these exercises I felt much better. She spent a lot of time explaining the causes, cures, and future issues I should be aware of. I felt very cared for. They were all very professional, and accommodating. This is not my first visit to James Dalton Medical Center. Living in our rural area, I feel secure and confident I can get the care needed having this facility and their staff close by. Thank you all for your compassion, understanding and treatment. 1 /5 Taylor Diaz: Had a URI (Upper Repistory Infection) tried to make an appointment and they said their Drs. Are all old so they dont accept any chest/lung ailments. Ive been calling them for 2 days because I have an ear infection and I need Amoxacilan and they havent returned my calls so now I have to go to the ER 30 min away when their building is around the corner from my house which is why I picked them.

1 /5 Gail Barrett: They won’t sign a request for a biopsy from Sonora Radiology. The hospital has called 2 days in a row. I called and was put on hold for over an hour. I checked their website and they closed the office without helping me or approving the request and no one came back on the phone to let me know. So unprofessional & frustrating. I have no idea if I can keep my morning appointment in Sonora.
