In 40 minutes the employees passed 4 costumers in front of me and did not even bother. Will never come back. Seems like frequent costumers are welcome, but not new ones.

I asked for FULL PLATINUM SILVER color but she left some parts of my hair brown and she was quite aggressive when doing my hair. I show signs of being uncomfortable however either she doesn’t notice or doesn’t care :/ Sadly my favorite original stylist Lorna was on vacation and she does my hair perfectly and the price isn’t over priced BUT I had to get my hair done before christmas.

She made me very comfortable at my appointment; she made sure that I was happy with the length and style of the cut as she was going through.
