1 /5 Ashley Jimenez: I was overcharged for 350 dollars and the older lady who has curly platinum blonde did my hair not as i wanted. I asked for FULL PLATINUM SILVER color but she left some parts of my hair brown and she was quite aggressive when doing my hair. I show signs of being uncomfortable however either she doesn’t notice or doesn’t care :/ Sadly my favorite original stylist Lorna was on vacation and she does my hair perfectly and the price isn’t over priced BUT I had to get my hair done before christmas.

1 /5 mariahpiper: The owner Maricela is a great hairstylist in technique but is horribly unprofessional and consistently late. I have gone to her for years and she has been at least 45 minutes late to my appointment (whats the point then?) on multiple occasions. Today she was already 15 minutes late, and her fellow hairdresser reminded her we were waiting (she was still working on 2 previous appointments before mine!!). She hadnt even acknowledged me or apologized for the tardiness when I asked her how much longer shed be. She went on giving excuses on what she needed to do with her other clients (excuses for overbooking and mismanaging her time) without ever making eye contact with me. She asked if I was running late as if that is why she should be punctual in her work. She was so dismissive, I walked out. I will no longer waste my time nor my mothers with her, and I encourage you not to either.

1 /5 Ashlee Avery: Poor service. I went in for hair coloring. I asked for Platinum blonde and she said she could do it. I was there for over 5 hours for her to fry my hair. I have had to go to another place to have them fix my hair. I wish I never went there and they didn’t even have a conversation with me only to ask me questions about my hair and that was it. If you speak Spanish, then you can have a conversation with them but if you don’t speak any, you’re pretty much sitting there, not having a conversation with anybody and at one point it was just me, my son and two of the ladies that work there the one doing my hair and another one. So I just conversation with my three-year-old. So I would not recommend anyone to go here.

5 /5 Joyce Miguel: I go to Marsela. She is excellent with color. She is so sweet and patient. I highly recommend this salon. I’ve seen some very difficult things done while getting my hair done and they turn out perfect. Yes, I will return.
