1 /5 Rabeyia Jones: I really liked this place originally, but all appointments are two weeks out if you have to reschedule. The one time I got a teledoc appointment I was told I couldnt pickup MY copy of my health documents after because my appointment was over the phone and they send everything to my employer and workers comp. This doesnt make any sense because every time I go in person, they give me two copies...one for me and one for work.... be consistent. Another issue with teledoc is you seem to get swept under the rug, I had a great appointment with the doctor prescribing new meds and the prescription was never called in, so Ive been sufferring because I thought there was just a delay due to the holidays. My rating was high before I asked the office staff to do anything, I feel bad for the doctors and the medical staff because their office cant get it together.

This office is a lot better for workers comp than the last place I was at. Doctors listen to you and work with you to find the best solution for you. Office staff is prompt and efficient, and Im always in and out in no time! People forget that getting medical care is a collaborative effort between patients, doctors, office staff, and nurses. If you do your part, they can do theirs and take care of you properly.
